Deliveries begin in the last week of November. Once you've placed your order, follow the link in the confirmation email to book your delivery and time slot. If your postcode doesn't have a delivery date or you require a different date, please contact us via email at contact@bernardstrees.co.uk. Trees are not delivered immediately after ordering. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Trees will be delivered to your door with the option to add installation and collection at checkout. If you've booked tree collection, your tree will be collected between the 6th and 8th of January. We'll be in touch after Christmas with instructions and confirmation.
