Thank you for your purchase! After receiving your receipt, you will also receive a confirmation email with a link to our bookings page. Simply scroll down to find your postcode or the first three figures of your postcode to see availability in your area. If you need a specific delivery date that is not available, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Once you have chosen your date and completed all necessary components, you will

receive a confirmation of your booking date and time frame. 

 

Christmas Tree Installation Instructions
 Below are the steps we will follow to ensure a smooth installation process:

- Once the delivery date is confirmed, our team will organise with you your Christmas tree  installation time on your selected date.
- Please ensure that the installation area is clear and accessible for our team.

 Collection Request:
- If you have requested collection of your tree after the holiday season, you will receive a follow up email from us including instructions to confirm your  selected pick-up date.
- Our team will ensure that collection is organised in accordance with your preference.
